If you would like your client to upload a photo of her driver's license when she fills out her forms, you can:

Edit the "Client Information & Medical History" form

On that form there is a field that says:

"Please upload a current picture of the area that will be worked on without makeup on.  Please make sure that we can see the area to be worked on VERY CLEARLY as this is very important."

To instead get a photo of your client's driver's license, we recommend changing the text of that field...

from:

"Please upload a current picture of the area that will be worked on without makeup on.  Please make sure that we can see the area to be worked on VERY CLEARLY as this is very important."

to:

"Please upload a picture of your driver's license"

Now, your client will know that you want them to upload a picture of their driver's license instead of their face.
