PMU Forms: How do I connect a new phone to my PMU Forms account?

I got a new phone and when I sign into the PMU Forms app all my info and clients info isn’t there? It’s acting like I’m a new business? What do I have to do to get all the info back?

Don't panic! Your data isn't lost.

We have all of your data backed up to the cloud. 😊👍

Most likely your account is tied to the Apple ID you used to sign in with your old phone.

Simply sign in to your new phone with your old Apple Id.

You might also have signed in with the wrong Google Account.

If you logged into PMU Forms with a different Google Account, try logging out of PMU Forms and logging back in with the different Google Account.
