- Confirm membership status
- Ensure that your membership purchase was successful and is reflected in your Apple App Store account. (Your subscription for PMU Forms is managed through the Apple App Store. So, you should be able to find your subscription by checking all of your Apple App Store subscriptions.)
- Make sure you're Apple device is logged in with the same account you used to sign-up for the subscription. Your subscription is tied to the account that your Apple device is logged in with.
- Delete and reinstall the app
- If your membership is active but you still can't access the form links, try deleting and reinstalling the app. This can resolve issues related to outdated app data or session conflicts.
- After reinstallation, log in to your account again to see if the issue is resolved. (Remember to make sure that your Apple device is logged into the same Apple account you used to purchase your subscription.)
- Check for Updates: Make sure that you have the latest version of the app installed. Sometimes, bugs are fixed and improvements are made in newer versions which may resolve your issue.
