How to Request Our Team to Delete Questions For You

1. Click 'Preview Form for Your Services' from the home screen

2. Click on the form you would like to delete

3. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the screen

4. Click on 'Delete form from all services'

5. You will see a confirmation dialog letting you know that this operation cannot be undone - to reset or bring back deleted forms, you will have to contact support via email at contact@pmuforms.com. This will also remove the form from any future services you intend to offer.
