How Do I Delete A Question from PMU Forms?

Just email us to get a question deleted from one of your forms! Please read the process below.

Currently, you cannot delete questions from your forms without assistance.

But, you can email us or text us (at 857-222-5582) to do this for you!

Email Us for Modifications: Send an email to contact@pmuforms.com. Clearly mention which form and which specific question you want to be removed.
Include a Screenshot: To speed up the process and avoid any misunderstandings, it's helpful to attach a screenshot of the exact question you'd like to remove.
Warning: Keep in mind that once your form is modified, it won't get automatic updates to that form as they roll out in the future. So, if we introduce any enhancements or changes to that form, you'd need to manually incorporate them.

After we confirm you request, it takes us around 48-72 hours to complete the change.
