Signing forms before your appointment

How to sign forms using PMU Forms App

After a client has filled out all the forms online, they need to sign the forms within the iOS app. Here's how this is done.

1. Navigate to the appointment you want the client to sign forms for.

         

2. At the top, you will see a green button that says, "Tap to Sign Forms for Appointment". Tap that button to take you to the Signature page.

3. Scroll down and tap the button that says "Tap Here to Sign"

4. Now, you can have the client sign with their finger. Once they're done signing, click on the green checkmark button.

5. If the signature is correct, press the "Yes" button on the prompt that appears.

6. You should then see the screen below. The forms are now all signed, and you can begin with the appointment.
